This is the second Patterson novel I’ve read after 1st to Die and I find myself having to force myself to read other books in between for fear that I’d never get anything done otherwise. I am gripped by this series.
Both if the first two books I’ve devoured in a day which for a busy young mum of 4 children is a true testament to how gripping they are.
Bringing back all the old characters from Book One and tying together the plots nicely this book sets off at a cracking pace and doesn’t let up. Again just when you think the case has been cracked there’s more twists and turns than you can imagine. I was just on edge with this book and loved it.
Have forced another book into my kindle but I was sorely tempted to just read the 3rd instalment immediately but am keeping it like my secret craving….
